Alphabet Art

“Adore”

For this project, I used the word adore. The word adore was the first word that came to my head and I just went with it. This words means love for another or an object.  For the letter “A” I decided to use Hershey kisses because they do represent love. The letter “D” I used red ribbon to do something different to corporate love of the meaning of the word. “O” I used a rose everyone knows a rose means love and I thought the picture would look actually really pretty. For the letter “R” I made a R out of candy hearts that everyone knows about for valentine’s day. The letter “E” I decided to use my hand and make the shape for holding on to the love or things you love.

"Why Shoot In Black & White?'

I believe in taking black & white photos are very different sometimes then taking a photo in a natural color. Black and white photos have this unique way of them that makes the photos in black and white stand out from color photos. Black and white photos goes way back so bringing them back into the color times is something you will not always see. They say that color sometimes can be distracting and either it is to bight or to dark that will take away from the picture itself but for example if you have a color bright picture turning it into black and white will actually tone it down and give special effects on the picture.
Shadows and moods you can come up with black and white is beyond of what you can do in color. There will always be more creativity and variety that the photo will have in black and white when compared to color. Don’t get me wrong color is perfect sometimes when it is done the correct way. Also though black and white photos sometimes are meant to be black and white and would not come out the correct way if was in color. Black and white is sometimes better to use then color.
